Move In & move out CLEANING CHECKLIST
Kitchen
- We clean all lights and ceiling fans to remove dust and cobwebs (if present)
- We dust the blinds (if present)
- We clean all windows
- We clean inside and outside all cupboards and drawers
- We clean all light switches and electrical outlets
- We clean inside and outside of all kitchen appliances (excluding dishwasher)
- We clean the frame and exterior only of the dishwasher
- We clean and sanitize all sinks
Bathrooms
- We clean all lights and ceiling fans to remove dust and cobwebs (if present)
- We dust the blinds (if present)
- We clean all windows (if present)
- We clean inside and outside all drawers, cabinets, and counters
- We clean all light switches and electrical outlets
- We clean and sanitize all sinks, bathtubs, showers, and toilet bowl
- We thoroughly clean all mirrors
- We clean doors and baseboards
- We dust and wipe exhaust fans (as needed)
Bedrooms & Other Living Areas
- We clean all lights and ceiling fans to remove dust and cobwebs (if present)
- We dust the blinds (if present)
- We clean all windows and windowsills (inside only)
- We clean all light switches and electrical outlets
- We dust and spot clean baseboards
- We vacuum all floor surfaces; all hard floors are mopped as well
- We spot clean walls
